Terms of Service

Effective August 8, 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you and Waincore LLC (United Arab Emirates), the operator of Rallyano.

Rallyano is an app and website for organizing padel and racket-sport social tournaments. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Rallyano

The core app is free and works without an account. You are responsible for the content you put into it. In particular, only add other people’s names and share live pages with their knowledge, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the score-submission features, or access data that is not yours.

Live pages and player score entry

Shared tournament pages are visible to anyone with the link. When the organizer enables player score entry, anyone with the link can submit scores; the organizer’s device remains the source of truth and can correct any score. We may remove shared pages that are abusive or unlawful.

Accounts

Where sign-in is offered, you must use your own identity and keep access to your account secure. You can stop using the account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.

Intellectual property

Rallyano™, the Rallyano wordmark, and the app’s design are the property of Waincore LLC. Your tournament data is yours; you grant us only the limited license needed to operate features you invoke (for example, hosting a live page you chose to share).

Disclaimer and liability

Rallyano is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Scheduling, standings, and statistics are provided in good faith but may contain errors; check anything that matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waincore LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (which, for the free service, is zero).

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend features that are being abused. You can stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
