Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026 · Rallyano is operated by Waincore LLC (United Arab Emirates), the data controller for the processing described here.

Rallyano is built local-first: the app works without an account, and your tournaments live on your own device. This policy explains the small set of cases where data leaves your device, what is shared, and the choices you have.

Data stored on your device

Tournaments, player names, scores, drafts, your saved player list, and app preferences (language, theme) are stored locally on your device. We cannot see this data. Deleting a tournament in the app, or uninstalling the app, removes it from your device.

Live sharing (optional)

When you tap Share, the app publishes a copy of that tournament (its name, player names as you typed them, matchups, and scores) to our database (hosted by Supabase Inc.) under a random six-character code. Anyone who has the link or code can view that page; it is not indexed or listed anywhere by us. If you enabled player score entry, viewers of the link can submit scores for matches, which are relayed back to the organizer’s device.

Player names are usually first names you typed for your group. Please only share tournaments when the people in them are fine appearing on the live page. Shared pages persist so results stay available after the session; to have a shared page removed, email us at hamza@waincore.com with the share code.

Account sync (optional, when available)

If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and avatar from that provider (via Supabase Auth) and store a backup of your tournaments and player list against your account so they can follow you to a new device. This data is readable and writable only by your account. Signing out stops syncing; to delete your account and its backup entirely, email hamza@waincore.com from the signed-in address.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.
• No location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.
• No accounts required: every core feature works without signing in.

Service providers

Live sharing and account sync run on Supabase (Supabase Inc.), with data hosted in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. The website is served by our hosting and DNS providers (Vercel Inc. and Cloudflare Inc.), which process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely.

Retention

On-device data stays until you delete it. Shared tournament pages stay available until you ask us to remove them. Account backups stay until you request account deletion.

Children

Rallyano is a general-audience app for organizing racket-sport tournaments and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold that relates to you. Email hamza@waincore.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of sharing or sync after a change means the updated policy applies.
